Good question. I could swear Swoopo had it, but I just checked and didn't see any sign of it. With that said, if swoopo isn't doing it, none of the copycats are gonna have it either. I think a 24/7 chat support would be a great feature though.

Even if they route it to a voice mail and check it later they should all offer phone support. It's sad to have an online business with no method of contacting you. Chat is a great option as well there are several services that offer both as an outsourced task and do a good job at it. You provide them with basic training and access to your order information they can process orders, correct mistakes, do all kinds of things that you don't want to be bothered with as your site grows. http://www.mybusinessassistant.com/index.html is just one example of this type of company.
