    This is in a lot of sites. Normally, the site owners will ask you if it is okay to post a pic of you and your item. If you refuse, they generally back off.

    A lot of sites have similar terms in place, but they don't flat out say they are going to use it, and that's how the CBN policy reads.

    Something like "..will be used after written or verbal approval is obtained from you" is more appropriate. When it comes to users, you don't tell them you're going to use it and share it with partners as you see fit.. You tell them you would like to, IF they approve. The yes or no should come from the user.

    I totally concur. Use should be with permission only.
    Bid on their site and you have NO choice. THey're gangsters!
