Don't worry, they're not closing... just doing site upgrades. I saw the message posted on the site earlier today. Should be back up and running on Friday.

My sister got an email from them, said that they were delayed in their site updates, and expect to be back open very soon, probably Sunday.

Thanks I saw yesterday what seemed to be them testing the site, but saw some bidders bidding and figure they didn't want bidders so took it off line.

    Default Dibzees back up Monday

Thank you everyone for your patience. We were doing some tweaks to our backend and things were a little buggy so it took a little longer than we anticipated. We should have auctions back up for tomorrow night. We apologize for the delay and thank you again!

Just wondering if anyone had any discrepancies on their Dibzees account after the downtime?

I could swear that I had some bids in there that are no longer there... but I could be wrong.....

I wanted to find out if other people had anything odd with their accounts, or if I'm alone in this?

I just checked out my account and everything looks fine. I would recommend emailing them with your concerns. They usually write back pretty quickly. Good luck!

Hey everyone. I am giving you a great site to check out here if you haven't already. It is Dibzees. A great bunch of guys who has tremendous customer service and quick shipping, usually ships with 48 hours. I hear so many complaining about poor service and terribly slow shipping. So let me tell you the best site for gift card wins and some feature auctions is Dibzees. So please check them out and try them out. I know it will introduce more competition for me but would love to see a site like this to succeed, so I guess the more the merrier.

This advertisement has not be paid for by Dibzees.

Had to put that disclaimer like a political advertisement.

I second everything bigman said... I only use 4 sites and this is one of them. Shipping is super fast and they allow you to trade any gift card win for an Amazon card if you like. I've done it a few times now. I don't necessarily want more competition for myself, but don't want to see the site shut down either! Come and play!

    Default not me

I will never use dibzees again. I bought a $25 bid pack and they double charged me. It took them 3 days to e-mail me back about my complaint, and I still don't have the refund yet. They only have a handful of auctions everyday and the same people win them over and over again. From my experience, terrible customer service, double charging on bid packs, the site is very glitchy (i watched 1 auction say "0:00" 12 times in an auction and someone was able to bid after that) and the same bidders win all the auctions. One of the worst sites I have ever used.

Dibzees is hard to keep track of sometimes because the auctions end at 7pm central time USA. Too bad it can't be constant, but I do like the setup. I am just a busy guruguy with gurunacious tasks and great guru girls to go to before they are going.

Hello and I like this site.

    P.S.
This is also not a paid advertisement for dibzees. I am in no way affiliated with dibzees, although if they did send me an offer to rhyme for many a dime I may be tempted to make that crime and accept advertising for more than a dime as I affiliate without hate. I am not paid, I get laid, sometimes by a maid (even though it is in my dreams and is the "mermaid").

I am thy guruguy and I approve this message.
Dibzees does not approve this message, but they may laugh glee and anticipatory bids of free to be given to rhymers like me..... can't you see? weeeeeee weeeeeeee, GO BID ON DIBZEE......DIBZEEE.....!!!!

    Default It's been a while!

Wow, just noticed that we haven't posted anything on PAW for a while now. We are excited to be on pennyauctioncoupon.com today and want to shatter the record on coupons bought. It'll only cost you $6 to get 54 bids!

We also want some input on when you guys like auctions to be up. Currently, we run auctions from 6:30pm - 8:00pm CDT with 15 minutes between auctions.

    1. When we add more auctions, would you rather have it before 6:30pm CDT or after 8:00pm CDT?

    2. Is 15 minutes between auctions too long or too short?

    3. Our timer caps at 40 seconds, too much or just perfect?

Any other suggestions will be much appreciated too. Thanks for your time and see you on Dibzees!

    Dibzees,

Your shipping time is extremely fast. Thank you. It is nice not to have to track down your wins and nag sites for a response.

    If your taking votes...
I would drop the timer cap to 30 seconds. That way the 15 minutes between auctions won't be affected too much.

    Red face Need advice again!

Should Dibzees put up auctions earlier on Saturdays? Currently we have auctions from 6:30pm - 8:00pm CDT.

    Select a time frame:
    A. 4:00pm - 6:00pm CDT
    B. 5:00pm - 7:00pm CDT
    C. 6:00pm - 8:00pm CDT
    D. 7:00pm - 9:00pm CDT

Let us know here or on our Facebook fanpage.

Option D is the best option, that gives everyone a chance to come home and bid.

This site drove me crazy. I can't stand baby sitting an auction. The timers are laggy, the bidder history screen is very slow to refresh and no auto bidder. I found myself clicking the bid button only to have a screen pop up telling me I'm already the high bidder but someone else's name is still up there. This site is way to elementary for my taste. I did win a $25 gift card but it wasn't worth all the effort.

That is an awesome deal and I purchased it. Now I have to avoid the site for an "unannounced amount" of time before I come back to bidding, especially what happened to first two auctions yesterday. I love the site, but I have to be patient before I mark my move.

I have been bidding regularly since they started well over 1 year now, I do not often bid on giftcard sites, but their customer service is so outstanding that it is one of my favorite sites I regularly bid on. The bidding function may be clunky but it is very doable. Out od 150 auction I have won on dibzees every single Item was delivered with lightning speed and communication equally as fast, and that is what's important to me. Keep up the good work guys.

I agree as I have been on this site for a year. They deliver faster than any site I have ever bid on and are very quick to respond. I second the keep up the good work.

Have only been on site a few months, but they have been very responsive to emails and quickly ship won items. Bidder history may be slow to update but you can tell if new bids have been placed by watching price change.

I find it's much more efficient to bid from the home page rather than the item page. Does anyone else believe that?

You are right. I keep 2 windows open: the home page to bid and the specific auction page to see who is bidding.

I agree with everyone above - super fast shipping and I love turning stuff into Amazon cards so Dibz is even better for me. I did miss the killer deal for some odd reason and now have to be patient with my bidding. My fault, no doubt.

Today i was bidding here and the auction I was on went down to 0 multiple times and then when i went to take a screenshot it didn't give me enough time to press bid afterwards causing me to lose.

Apparently not enough proof to show that they messed up, they wont even refund my bids. This is complete bull and after I use the rest of my bids here I will never buy bids here again.

Today I tried this site for the first time thou i registered long while. Thanks to pennyauctioncoupon.com bought a bidpack and won one item.Overall I am not happy with the auction page.Whats the harm in putting the top bidder name along with the site and you have to rely on the history page which refresh after long time. From the main home page this information is available but not the history. So I can understand some of the frustration what others are saying here.

I agree and always bid from the home page. Like jets, I also keep two windows open so I can see the individual bids as well.

I've experienced the same if I try to switch back and forth from the home page to a specific auction page so just to be safe, I always bid from the home page.

I'm sorry you didn't have such a good experience. I always notice a slight pause when the timer changes from 00:00 to "FINISHED". Even though the timer shows 00:00, it's not uncommon for me to see the timer reset and the auction continues. I'm not knowledgeable about servers but could it be that there was another bid placed before the timer actually ran out and the auction page just has to catch up with displaying the new bid?

Just a thought but again, sorry about your auction.
