Top PennyAuctions"BID TIL YOU WIN" sounds strange but it is anew concept being used by TPA. members who purchase a bid pack or given the opportunity to bid on "BID TI YOU WIN" auctions ( NIce variety of products)
If the member doesn ot win the auction the bids are returned to the members account

several restrictions apply
member can only bid on one 'BID TIL YOU WIN " auction at a time

BID TIL YOU WIN " is not applicable to any non profit or fund raiser auctions

"BID TIL YOU WIN " auctions are for firts time members or bid pack purchasers only.

TPA also offers a 2 for 1 package on bids ( BUY ON GET ONE FREE) of same or equal value

"BID TIL YOU WIN" is uniqe to TOP PennyAuctions

I just noticed this one...I was going to check it out but it keeps freezing. Anyone know anything about them?

If it keeps freezing I would suggest to stay away because it could have a virus. Like I said before, there has been a virus going around and it's been so bad that some companies have turned off certain computers until they get them fixed.
